Troublemakers Part II (in the real world)
Somehow being labeled a troublemaker in an online game got me thinking that I'm a troublemaker out of game too. Started looking at my friends...troublemakers. Thought about highschool and college...troublemaker. I'm seeing a pattern here. Being a troublemaker doesn't just mean you are causing issues just to cause issues but alot of the times (Guild War excluded) we cause trouble because we choose not to remain silent. We choose not to bend to peer pressure or follow the path of least resistance. I've seen a group of fellow co-workers get furious because I didn't bend to their view or get flamed by someone on a forum because I wasn't politically correct. Then they erroneously believed that their anger would in some way change my point of view. Those that follow the crowds have trouble seeing that certain people don't make their decisions according to the will of others...why? Because it's a matter of the heart. We feel things so deeply or they are so embedded in our conscience that it doesn't matter the external pressure, we're going to stick to our guns. So for all you troublemakers out there though you may stand alone, you're not alone. And for all of you followers that hate it when people don't bend to your will, seek counseling, because you're going to keep getting mad and you're gonna find that no one really cares that you do.
